Hardball instructional Baseball is Prospect Development for high school and college players. Coaches with college, professional, and international experience use a player-focused approach to develop skills through drills and games.

Skill development practices
Hands-on instruction
Proper pre-game warm-up and post-game activities
Mental preparation, focus, and skills to build.
Intra-league games with players split into teams
Inter-league games where Hardball teams play other local teams*

Players will interview with Hardball HQ staff to determine eligibility.
Development-focused players prepared to learn and advance while being competitive.
While all players will play in games, this is not a recreational league. Players are committing to hard work in addition to games.

Players can select PO, C, Utility, or a specific fielding position. The number of players accepted to the HiL at any given position will be limited to ensure every player can focus on their priority position.
